30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping fees unless the product is damaged or defective. A restocking fee of $10 per item will apply. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to reach out.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without a justification. Items must still be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Responsibility
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. We do not control delivery timeframes or delays caused by carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
